Delivery

Books are delivered island-wide in Jamaica via Knutsford Express. Delivery rates are set per parish and shown at checkout. When your order ships, you will receive an email with your Knutsford tracking number and a link to track your package. If you need delivery outside Jamaica, please contact us before ordering.

Processing time

Orders are normally processed within 2–3 business days. Signed and personalized copies may take a little longer.

Book returns

• All book sales are final. Books cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind.
• If your book arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within seven calendar days of delivery. You must provide your order number and clear photographs showing the problem.
• Once the claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate. Where the error is ours, reasonable replacement-delivery costs will be covered.
• Signed, personalized, or specially prepared bulk orders are non-returnable.
• This policy does not limit any consumer rights available under applicable local law.
